How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Unless otherwise stated, goods will be delivered within 7-14 business days. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. We are currently working to shorten delivery times. Our stock levels are currently limited but will be increased soon.

Please bear in mind that on holidays, such as Christmas, shipping providers have a much higher volume of shipments.

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

When will my order be shipped?

After receiving your order, it can currently take up to eight working days for your order to be shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

We currently offer free shipping within Germany.

How is the amount refunded in the case of a return?

You will receive a refund of the amount paid within 7 working days.

What happens if I refuse to accept my delivery?

If you refuse to accept your delivery or if it is not picked up from a branch, the package will automatically be returned to a huge fulfillment center. Because many items from different companies are packed and shipped there, returns cannot be accepted at this location.

Returns sent to the fulfillment center are therefore destroyed immediately. A refund can only be issued if... This will happen if you return the goods to our company headquarters. (see cancellation policy)

I ordered several products, but only one arrived. Why?

To keep the logistics process streamlined and efficient, we ship packages separately. This means you may receive separate packages at different times. If too many days have passed between deliveries, please contact the Charmifycase team by email at kontakt@charmifycase.de.

Can I cancel personalized products?

Exchanges, returns, and therefore refunds are excluded for exclusive items.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value.

Can I cancel an order if it hasn't been shipped yet?

Order cancellation is only possible within the first 24 hours. However, if your order has already been shipped – even if this happens within the first 24 hours – cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. In this case, we cannot stop the shipment, and your order therefore cannot be cancelled.

Please also send us an email during this time and reply to the automatic order confirmation so that we receive your cancellation request. If you do not reply to the automatic email, we will consider your request resolved and ship your order.

After the initial 24-hour period, you can only exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving the goods. This period begins upon receipt of the goods and ends after 14 days. You can find all the relevant information on our website.

How do I return an item I ordered?

You can return the unopened item to us within 14 days. If you have any further questions, please contact us by email at kontakt@charmifycase.de. Since we offered free shipping, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding. All information regarding returns can be found in our cancellation policy.

Didn't receive your delivery?

All our shipments can be tracked with a tracking number. If you do not receive a shipment or if there are any problems with the delivery, please contact us by email at kontakt@charmifycase.de. We will investigate the matter.

Can I track my delivery with a tracking number?

It can happen that the tracking status of your order doesn't update for a few days. The next update will only occur once your order has been picked up from the manufacturer by the shipping provider. If your tracking status hasn't changed for two weeks, please send us an email to kontakt@ charmifycase.de. We will then strive to find a quick solution.
